Daily Maintenance (to be performed every shift or daily)

1. Cleaning Tasks

- Remove chips and oil stains from the machine surface, workbench, guide rails, Tool Magazine, etc., to prevent accumulation.

- Check if the coolant is clean, and filter or replace it in time (to avoid clogs in the pipes).

- Clean the chip conveyor to ensure smooth chip transport.

2. Lubrication Check

- Check if there is enough lubricant/oil in the guide rails, Lead Screws, bearings, etc., and manually lubricate points as scheduled.

- Observe if the automatic Lubrication System is functioning properly (checking oil pressure and oil level).

3. Key Components Check

- Check if the spindle, tool magazine, and tool change device make any unusual noises or are loose.

- Confirm that the fixtures and tools are installed securely.

4. System Status

- Check the CNC system and the electric cabinet's cooling fan for normal operation before starting up.

- Before shutting down, move each axis to a safe position (to avoid long-term stress).
